50th Anniversary of the Restoration of Holycross Abbey (1180-1975-2025)

The Archbishop of Cashel & Emly with the priests and people of Holycross-Ballycahill cordially invite you to join them in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Restoration of Holy Cross Abbey on Sunday 5th October 2025.

Solemn Concelebrated Mass at 3:00 pm in Holycross Abbey. This will be followed by a Community Gathering in The Marquee (Padre Pio Garden) 4.30pm – 7.30pm. Background Music by “Wave” a String Trio followed by a Recital reflecting Aspects of our local area through Music, Song, Dance & Word over the last 100 years. If you’re unable to attend Mass, we warmly invite you to our community gathering in the Marquee afterward.
